Job summary

Qualifications

• Pastoral care and counseling skills for employees and families.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to company worksites (weekly).
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and grief support.
• Coordinate referrals to specialized resources as needed.
• Respond to workplace crises with compassion and discretion.
• Engage with staff and leadership to support Employee Care initiatives.
• Maintain records and documentation according to policy.
