Allied Universal in Diamond Bar, CA, is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Bilingual Access Control to monitor entry points and verify credentials while delivering excellent resident and guest service. Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of community grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Prepare clear activity, incident, and access-related reports and communicate with residents and site personnel.
