The role offers fixed anchor shifts plus a program to pick up additional shifts, with earnings potential and opportunities to advance within the industry.

The position requires Spanish fluency, high school diploma, background check, and driver license if applicable.

Qualifications

Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
Criminal histories are considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local regulations.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain records.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and effectively.
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, gates, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Communicate professionally and document daily activities and access-related information.
