Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, document activity.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of community grounds and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear activity, incident, and access-related reports and communicate with residents and staff.
