Qualifications

• Speak, read and write fluent Spanish.
• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and guests following site procedures and emergency protocols in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and requests for assistance in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, give directions and report concerns.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately in site procedures.
