You will ensure access control, monitor entry points, respond to incidents, and maintain visitor records while delivering professional service to residents and vendors. Fluency in Spanish and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain records per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and management and document daily activities and incidents.
