Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Merchandiser to stock beverage products in retail accounts and rotate stock to ensure freshness. You will monitor date codes, fill displays, and work with store staff to maintain attractive, compliant shelves.

Typical hours are 25–30 per week with a 7 am start. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to travel between locations, including weekends. Pay is $19.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance; clean driving record.
• Experience with pallet jacks/high loaders is preferred; certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish Coca-Cola products in stores, ensuring displays and end caps are filled.
• Build, change, or remove product displays per company standards and maintain signage.
• Manage backroom inventory and rotate stock using FIFO principles.
• Process damaged products and organize backroom materials; complete paperwork as needed.
• Communicate with account managers and store personnel; provide post-service updates.
