Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. Roles include filling end caps, racks, and displays, rotating dates for freshness, and maintaining backroom inventory with FIFO. The team works 25-30 hours weekly, predominantly on weekends with a 7 am start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Flexibility with work hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock beverage products in store shelves, displays, and coolers and transport between backroom and sales floor.
• Build or adjust product displays and maintain signage, ensuring best appearance and freshness.
• Manage backroom inventory with FIFO and report levels with store team.
• Process damaged product, re-pack as needed, rotate stock weekly and complete paperwork.
• Communicate recap pictures and updates via Teams after servicing each account.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
