Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to stock Coca‑Cola beverages in retail accounts in Raymore, MO. You will ensure shelves, end caps, and displays are filled, rotate products for freshness, and monitor date codes while supporting account managers.

The role requires 25-30 hours per week, including weekends, with a 7 am start. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and flexibility to work evenings/holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field is required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to the sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain signage; clean space and secure damaged or defective product.
• Manage backroom by organizing products, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting to the account manager; use FIFO.
