Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock and rotate Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of work experience required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record; automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays and maintain signage; clean space and handle damaged product.
• Manage backroom inventory, monitor levels, and rotate stock using FIFO practices.
• Process damaged product, re-pack, and organize backstock; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and team; provide shift recap via Teams with photos.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
