Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Horseshoe Indianapolis is seeking a Beverage Server to provide beverage and light food service across outlets and banquet areas, delivering a positive guest experience.

The role requires knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, a valid TIPS certificate, Indiana ATC license, 21+ age, ability to lift 50 lb, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of high-volume cocktail service.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• TIPS certificate current and required.
• Indiana ATC Employee Permit License required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide for transactions.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Indiana Horse Racing License.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds; work in smoking environment.

Responsibilities

• As business levels dictate, Beverage Server may work in various outlets or banquet areas performing duties of similar positions.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons, employees and vendors in all situations.
• Adhere to Horseshoe Indianapolis policies, Internal Controls, Indiana Gaming Regulations and ATC Regulations.
• Perform other duties including acting as liaison for on/off site events and promotions.
