Job summary

Caesars Entertainment at Horseshoe Hammond is seeking a Food & Beverage Bartender - On-Call. In Hammond, IN, you will set up the bar, stock liquor, mix drinks, and operate the cash register.

You will greet guests, respond to questions, maintain cleanliness, and work various shifts including holidays and weekends. Must be 21+, English proficient, and able to obtain Indiana liquor and gaming licenses as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Equivalent to a high school education with knowledge of food and beverage procedures.
• 2-3 years food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to serve alcohol in Indiana.
• Must obtain/maintain an Indiana Liquor License as required.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must qualify for and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission, if applicable.

Job Summary

What You Will Need

• Must obtain/maintain an Indiana Liquor License as required.

• Access to the vessel is required.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach repetitively
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work in cold/hot environments.
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a crowded, smoking, and loud environment
