Caesars Entertainment in Indianapolis is seeking a Part Time Bartender to mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks at OTB bars. You will take orders, manage inventories, and ensure a fun, professional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid beverage permit, and demonstrate strong English communication. The role requires flexible shifts, teamwork, and strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid beverage permit.
• Proficient in English verbal and written with the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers or Server.
• Inventories supplies at beginning and end of shift.
• Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.
• Collects money for drinks served.
• Replenishes bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.
• Follows prescribed sanitary safeguards in handling all food and cleaning all surfaces.
• Will abide by safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual or as required by individual departments and/or job functions.
