St. Francis Hospice in Melbourne, FL is growing and seeks a Part Time Bereavement Coordinator to join our team, delivering compassionate grief support to families and caregivers of hospice patients.

The role coordinates telephone, mail and in-person services, conducts individual grief counseling, memorials and workshops, and provides therapeutic counseling to family members.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implements, manages, supervises and coordinates the full range of grief support services to families and caregivers of hospice patients.
• Provides therapeutic counseling to family members.
• Offers grief support via telephone, mail, and in person through individual grief support, memorial services, grief workshops, and family assessments.
