St. Francis Hospice in Melbourne, FL is growing and seeks a Part Time Bereavement Coordinator to join our team, delivering compassionate grief support to families and caregivers of hospice patients.

The role coordinates telephone, mail and in-person services, conducts individual grief counseling, memorials and workshops, and provides therapeutic counseling to family members.

Qualifications

St. Francis Hospice (SFH) is growing, and we need a Part Time Bereavement Coordinator to join our team. SFH is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services throughout our community.

The Bereavement Coordinator is responsible for implementing, managing, supervising and coordinating the full range of comprehensive grief support services to families and caregivers of hospice patients. The Bereavement Coordinator provides support via telephone, mail, and in person through individual grief support, memorial services, grief workshops, family assessment and conference. Provides therapeutic counseling to family members.

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED
