Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands‑on payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with self‑insured benefit programs and HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day benefits programs (medical, dental, life, FSAs, 403(b)).
• Process enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updates.
• Maintain enrollment files and carrier data exchanges; administer COBRA and communications.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment with vendor coordination and employee communications.
• Serve as benefits and payroll liaison, ensuring data accuracy in HRIS/payroll systems.
