Bradford Health Services’ Parkdale Center in Chesterton, IN is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to support patients with mental health needs under clinical supervision. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining patient safety.

You will provide direct care, help develop discharge plans, document progress notes, monitor crises, and collaborate with families and staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience or training in behavioral health, mental health, or related clinical settings.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health clinical assessments.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.
• Conduct clinical assessments and assist in treatment and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient behavior and intervene during crises to ensure safety.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, incident reports, care plans).
• Collaborate with clinical staff, families, and other stakeholders to support patient care.
