Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in Dunwoody Center, Monday through Friday 1:30-6:30 p.m. This part-time role focuses on ABA-based intervention plans, helping kids develop communication, social, and self-care skills in partnership with families.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a passion for children, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is a plus if already obtained.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports on client's progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles in all interactions.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection.
