Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician or RBT to work in-home with children in Cumming, GA. This part-time role focuses on ABA-based interventions to improve communication, social skills, and self-care, under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and access to a tablet or laptop. Training and growth toward BCBA are available, with a supportive team and flexible weekday afterschool hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification if already obtained.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes and reports client progress and daily behavior.
• Manages challenging behaviors with consistency.
• Completes daily data collection and paperwork in our system.
• Communicates professionally with families and teammates.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows BE policies.
