Butterfly Effects is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in in-home ABA sessions in Georgia. This part-time role offers flexible 12-20 hours per week and competitive hourly pay based on experience and credentials.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, track progress, and collaborate with families and BCBA colleagues to foster communication, social skills, and independence.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred or already obtained.
• Must be passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and report client progress daily.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete data entry.
• Engage families and collaborate with the treatment team.
