Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Sicklerville, NJ. You will implement Individual Support Plans under supervision, work 1:1 or in groups, and help develop client skills across settings including schools and homes.

You will collect data, document sessions promptly, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes. Training availability exists for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT Credential required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Comfortable using technology for daily documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes.
