Job summary

First Children Services in Montgomeryville, PA is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to implement the Individual Support Plan under supervision. This flexible role offers diverse clinical experiences across homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, with post-training permanent placements.

You will work 1:1 with clients, collect data, and collaborate with the treatment team to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; willing to complete the RBT curriculum and certification.
• At least 1 year of work with children.
• Comfortable using technology for daily documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills; receptive to feedback.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes.
