First Children Services is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Scotch Plains, NJ. The role involves implementing the Individual Support Plan under supervision, with flexible training and eventual permanent placement based on program needs.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and group support, data collection, and collaboration with the treatment team to improve behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in various settings within the region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide interactive therapeutic support to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to improve outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when hours are not billable.
