Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role offers 9-15 hours weekly, with shifts 3–7pm on weekdays, and compensation of $21.00–$28.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, observing progress, managing challenging behaviors, and documenting daily data. A high school diploma and RBT certification (if held) are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Certification if already obtained.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under a BCBA.
• Observe and report client progress daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Apply behavioral principles in interactions with clients.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team.
• Complete daily paperwork and data in the online system.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain confidentiality.
