Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to support clients with ASD through ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will teach communication and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, track progress, and document data.

Required: high school diploma, 21+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks. Training and mentorship provided; RBT pathway available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
