United Care ABA is seeking compassionate individuals for a part-time Behavior Technician role. You will work one-on-one with children, helping them develop communication and daily living skills under clinical supervision.

No ABA experience is required as training is provided. Flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours offer a meaningful way to contribute and gain hands-on experience in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; training provided.
• Background in childcare, education, caregiving, or healthcare is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism and developmental or behavioral needs.
• Help children learn communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Follow individualized teaching and behavior support plans created by clinical professionals.
• Encourage positive behaviors and celebrate progress.
• Record simple observations and progress data during sessions.
• Communicate with supervising BCBA and participate in required training.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and provide a safe, encouraging learning environment.
