Job summary

Thrive Therapy PA is seeking Part-time Behavior Health Technicians to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate has experience with children in ABA, and is patient, organized and communicates well with families and educators.

Responsibilities include implementing interventions, providing positive reinforcement, monitoring and documenting behaviour changes, collecting data, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA.
• Patient, organized and able to communicate effectively with parents and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioural interventions in accordance with the Behaviour Plan.
• Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children with behavioural issues.
• Monitor and document behaviour changes.
• Collect data on behaviour changes.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
