Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. No prior ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Part-time positions with afternoon/evening hours, and a 6-month commitment are preferred to support lasting impact. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
