Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in client homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment outcomes for children with Autism.

Role requires patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor. Training is provided; part-time hours may fit around school schedules, with opportunities to grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
