Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to support clients with autism through ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Training, mentorship, and a clear career path are provided, with paid training and opportunities to advance to RBT levels.

Responsibilities include direct client support, delivering therapy in various settings, teaching communication and daily living skills, and documenting progress while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
