ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in Monroe, NJ. The role requires afternoon/evening/weekend availability and entails implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
