Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism in home or community settings. This hands-on role provides real experience in behavioral health and skill development, under supervision from a BCBA.

Flexible part-time hours now, with more in summer, plus paid training toward RBT certification and ongoing mentorship to grow your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is valuable in any setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with kids.
• Reliability and ability to follow through with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with autism in home or community settings.
• Receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA who will guide you and build clinical skills.
• Learn and apply ABA science to support communication, social skills, and independence.
• Use behavior strategies to support daily living skills and transitions.
• Track progress and contribute to data collection for progress monitoring.
