Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in homes and centers, under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes implementing behavior support plans and promoting positive behaviors to support skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials, and implement behavior support and treatment plans
