Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks licensed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA team across Colorado. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement individualized care plans, and record progress using electronic devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and maintain a positive learning environment.
