First Children Services is seeking a Part Time Service Worker (Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician) in Plainfield, NJ. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years working with children preferred.
• Experience with ABA principles and interventions is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willingness to accept feedback and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in various settings within the designation region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation promptly.
• Support development of communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to improve outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when no billable hours are available.
