Job summary

First Children Services in Camden, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT). You will implement individualized plans, work across homes, schools, and clinics, and support clients with behavioral goals under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma, 2 years working with children, and ABA knowledge; RBT certification is preferred. Flexible hours with on-site work in the Camden area and hourly pay of $21–$26 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2 years working with children.
• Experience across varied settings without direct supervision.
• Ability to document and use ABA data.
• Comfortable with technology for daily documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in designated region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation timely.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with treatment team to improve outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when billable hours are not available.
