As a Behavior Technician at Total Spectrum, you’ll help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-help skills through play-based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities include:
- Working with children aged 2-22 with autism and special needs in homes, schools, or centers.
- Education requirement: High School Diploma/GED.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation preferred, including valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Schedule: Part-time M-F between 8:00 am - 7:30 pm, primarily 8:00 am - 3:30 pm, including Saturdays.
- Starting pay at $20/hr with experience.
- Eligibility for RBT certification.
- Minimum age 18, eligibility to work in the U.S., and ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to engage in activities like sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running as needed.
Preferred qualifications include bilingual fluency (English/Spanish), background in psychology or related fields, experience with children, and interest in behavioral health careers.
