360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician – Empowerment Specialist in Visalia, CA. This part-time role offers $20.00-$23.00 per hour, with a pathway to full-time as center needs grow. You’ll support children and teens with developmental disabilities, training hours, and travel to clients with mileage reimbursement.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–8:00pm, with some morning training weeks. A high school diploma and bilingual Spanish are preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Mansioni

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
