Qualifications

• Knowledge of district policies and procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to understand and apply school policies; communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Familiarity with first aid and basic data entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and behavior management in classrooms.
• Assist in 1:1 or small groups with academic and social-emotional needs.
• Recordkeeping, attendance monitoring, and basic clerical tasks.

Education

Associates degree or higher (attach diploma)

72 credit hours / 48 semester units

High school diploma or GED

Para-professional knowledge/assessment readiness
