Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and registered behavior technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Oregon.

The company offers a clear path to full-time work as caseloads grow and provides complimentary RBT training to help you advance in the field. Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to participate in mentoring, salary growth, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
