Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician roles in Oregon. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with a focus on working with children with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor\'s degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with ABA, childcare, education, or related field is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel locally and transportability to sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
