Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in Oregon. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

PBS provides a complimentary 40‑hour RBT training, travel reimbursement when applicable, and quarterly bonuses for a consistent schedule. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with opportunities for advancement to become an RBT and explore career pathways.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience and child-facing work preferred.
• Strong communication with families and clinical teams.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification through PBS training.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
