Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Oregon is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers complimentary training to become an RBT, mentoring, and a growth-focused environment. All roles follow local licensure and certification requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to engage with clients during sessions and assist lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
