Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Oregon is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a pathway to become a certified RBT, plus paid travel and comprehensive benefits for 30+ hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
