Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Oregon. Roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentoring and advancement opportunities and paid RBT training.

Positions include flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonus for high-hour weeks, and benefits for 30+ hours per week. Travel reimbursement and 401(k) options are also provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
