Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in psychology or education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field welcome.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
