Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers complimentary training to become an RBT and supports career advancement in ABA services. Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and communication with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
