Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring both Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand and include complimentary RBT training, local travel where required, and a supportive, career‑growth oriented environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma; degrees in psychology or education are a plus, and ABA/childcare/education experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
