Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is recruiting Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with a clear path from BA to RBT.

The roles include 1:1 ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, data collection, family communication, and ongoing training. PBS provides complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, paid travel, and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
