Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is beneficial.
• Ability to engage with children during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend supervision and training.
